Got a question here...

Should I rate the movies I write about? What type of rating system should I use? What´s your opinion on this subject?

  1. i prefer scoring out of 10, rather than 5. I think it gives more room to get an idea of how good it is.

  3. Check out my blog to see if you want to use the same rating system. I review PC games so it might help you it might not! Sweet blog btw!

  4. Three 1-10 ratings, one based on quality of the movie, another based on editing/music selection, and lastly, another for the content itself.

  5. Scoring systems are very meh.. I prefer simple ratings. Go See It.. Don't See It.. and maybe "Meh" in the middle category.

  6. I think 5 stars is a good rating system to have.

  7. give it a percentage out of 100, kinda like rotten tomatoes. that way you can be more specific.

  8. I prefer 1 - 10 ratings. You should also mention whether or not the movie would appeal to non-surfers.

  9. How about this? Fuck all the fraction, percent, etc bullshit.

Give us an honest review from this perspective: Must see, worth watching, nothing special, fuckin' terrible,

Or something similar ;) Either way I'm a huge movie fan, cool blog, following.

  10. Out of 10 for sure. 100 is overkill, 5 is too narrow.

  11. I'd certainly like to see ratings along with the reviews. Out of 10 is a nice numerical scale but as well as that, a couple of words such as "must see" or "pretty average" are nice to get a real idea of if it's worth seeing.

  12. I agree with the others in this post and saying it's out of 10. However a nice addition would be to allow a user rating, give us a scale to choose 1 out of 10 as well and give different ratings, author and user or something.

  13. 0-100 would be the most suited...

  14. I'd like that, but 1 to 10 max. Also I think the main of the movie should be the plot line :)

  17. up to 10 rating scale would be nice. Maybe up go up to 15 to make the range a bit wider.

  18. Definitely go up to at least 10. Maybe also split it up into categories so we can see exactly how good you thought the acting versus the script and such was.

  20. I think one out of ten would be good. But I'd suggest you split it up: story, actors, ...

  22. Rate the movies, have 5 rating categories out of 5 (audio, visuals, etc.) and add them all up and give it a score out of 25. Or just write whatever you want. I'm always into movie reviews. :)

  23. I think .. 5 star rating style it´s perfect.

  24. Rate them like.. shit or not shit ;)

  25. 10 star more like it. IMDB has 10 star, and it is more accurate that way anyways. And I'm surprised to not see any movies I know on here.
